Posted: 08 May 2019 05:46 AM PDT I want to know its state. Is anyone still developing this? Do we have a working app? Edit: oops, seems like it is actually $100b. (And I should've suspected $10b was too low.) [link] [comments]

I Updated My Token-Holder Listing Utility to List Addresses Registered with Turms AMT Posted: 08 May 2019 04:45 PM PDT About two months ago I published a little utility to list all addresses that hold a specified token. Basically it collected all the ERC20 Transfer events, then created a text file of all the current token holders. Initially I didn't really have a use for it. Now I modified the utility so that optionally it filters only those addresses that are registered with Turms AMT (Anonymous Messaging via a smart contract). The idea is that a marketer for some ICO might want to send Turms messages to people who have purchased tokens in a similar ICO. It also has an option to list all addresses registered with Turms AMT, which is handy for someone who just wants to send Turms spam to everyone. (Note that with Turms AMT, the recipient gets paid for spam messages, and can disable spam completely by setting their "spam fee" to 1B ETH). The code is on github I've done a little bit of testing -- but please feel free to comment if there is something that is wrong. [link] [comments]

Ethereum And Tokens: An Ingenious Protocol That Highly Influenced Success Posted: 08 May 2019 05:25 AM PDT The immeasurable success of Ethereum clearly reflects exactly where it played a pivotal role in making cryptocurrencies more established, by creating an innovative uniformity of definitive commands to streamline the programming necessary functions. It became a springboard for the blockchain industry development which has given life to thousands of new projects and decentralized applications with their tokens. This unique aspect that Ethereum brings to the table is a convenience which makes everything more simple. A lot of good qualities to mention which of course, garnered plenty of criticisms as well. While it is true that these various ERC standards along their specific use cases have been important for the growth of the crypto ecosystem, the change on the space is a bit slow although their varying use cases evolve to simply resolute one another. Looks like it'll definitely need to wait a little more time to adopt. Despite all of it; however, it certainly deserves all the respect for the profound impact it has had on the crypto-space. As long as people are looking to innovate on the Ethereum blockchain, they'll be getting a new and steady supply of tokens. [link] [comments]
