    The fraud continues - Craig Wright just purposely submitted a provably fake email into evidence in the Kleiman-Wright case

    Craig Wright's fraud continues. Yesterday, he submitted into evidence an email he says was from Dave Kleiman to Uyen Nguyen asking her to be a director of his 'bitcoin company' in late 2012.

    It is provably fake.

    Craig didn't realize that the email's PGP signature includes a signing timestamp along with the ID of the key used as metadata. Was the email actually sent in 2012? Let's find out!

    The beginning of the signature is as follows: iQEcBAEBAgAGBQJTH+uQAAoJELiFsXrEW+0bCacH/3K

    Converted to hex, it's: 89 01 1c 04 01 01 02 00 06 05 02 53 1f eb 90 00 0a 09 10 b8 85 b1 7a c4 5b ed 1b 09 a7 07 ff 72

    We know how to find the long ID of the key used and the timestamp of the signature. I've bolded the ID and italicized the timestamp. Looking on the MIT keyserver, we can find the fake* key. The timestamp of the signature is 1394600848, which is March 12, 2014, two weeks before Craig filed to install Uyen as a director of Dave's old company, and almost a year after Dave died!

    We can double-check with gpg -vv. Transcribe the email and paste it in. Here's the output:

    *The fake key has the same pref-hash-algos as Craig's fake keys, and were never updated.

    Ignore BSV and the people that make so much drama. They are desperate for attention, even negative attention.

    The soap opera may be tempting for some, but you have to realize it gives them the attention that they want but we shouldn't be giving them...and its a waste of our time when we can be building great things.

    For the first 5-7 years of Bitcoin's life, Bitcoin was peer-to-peer. Only in the last few years, since Blockstream has gained a strangle hold over BTC, has the idea changed to off-chain and 2nd-layer. The 1Mb transaction cap makes BTC expensive to use and invalidates it as a legitimate payment system. The LN is censorable. The LN doesn't even work for most transactions. It will forever be "18 more months" until it's ready for mass adoption.

    BTC was threatening to banks, so they gave a company (Blockstream) money to kill it before it removed their global money machine. This is about control and power over you. If you support BTC, the banks win and continue to pillage the Earth while you remain a slave to their systems, their laws and their money.

    Bitcoin Cash works on-chain. Bitcoin Cash scales on-chain. Bitcoin Cash has been proven to be safe. As a result Bitcoin Cash has been attacked and attacked almost non-stop by the powerful who feel threatened by it. BSV? An attack on BCH sending the BCH price from $600 to $100. We're finally recovering from that attack, but there will be more.

    If you want freedom over the money you earn, save and spend, reject BTC and refuse to use it. Every time you use BCH you take back what is rightfully yours - control over your own money. That's what this is about.

    Forks are part of Bitcoin. Forks are freedom. Forks are how crypto communities resolve irreconcilable differences.

    SV wasn't a scam because it was a fork or because it was called Bitcoin.

    Instead, SV was a coin promoted by people who said they wanted to bankrupt others, cause long term pain to others, who tried to use the legal system to get their way or get revenge, who said they would doublespend exchanges, etc, who have been caught lying repeatedly, and who are the only ones mining their coin.

    Forks in of themselves aren't scams.

    Upgrades to Badger's HD Paths

    We're upgrading how Badger Wallet handles accounts and tokens. Existing accounts other than 'Account 1' are deprecated in the next version of Badger. If you have tokens or BCH on a non-primary Badger account please consolidate them to your primary Badger account before upgrading.

    We realize this is inconvenient. The benefits of upgrading how we handle accounts/tokens include:

    1. BIP44 compliant for wallet interoperability
    2. Protects tokens from being burned in BCH txs
    3. First step toward full HD wallet
    4. First step toward enabling cash shuffle.

    We store all utxo for BCH and SLP on `m/44'/145'/0'/0/0`. From the mnemonic we derive the HDNode at that path and display both the cashAddress and slpAddress.

    SLP recently got the 245 derivation reserved in BIP44. Since our intention is for Badger to be fully HD, we're working on a change to send all slp change to the 245 slp address. We're also going to start displaying the 245 slp address for receiving tokens. We'll continue to check if a user has any token balance on 145, so that no existing integrations break, but we'll start displaying and using as change the 245 slp address.

    Going forward our intention is to have Badger be fully HD per the BIP44 spec. We're going to use the following BCH and SLP derivation paths. In the following examples n would be incrementing to create a new address for each transaction.

    BCH

    External addresses: m/44'/145'/0'/0/n

    Internal addresses: m/44'/145'/0'/1/n

    SLP

    External addresses: m/44'/245'/0'/0/n

    Internal addresses: m/44'/245'/0'/1/n

    We're tagging our latest build w/ the old-style HD paths. Then we're going to create some docs showing how to install the new build, get an address, install the old build and send your tokens/bch to your new address. This 100% won't cause the loss of any funds or tokens.
