Will bitcoin become the reserve currency of the world?

    Posted: 21 Apr 2019 11:37 PM PDT

Yes, the future value of bitcoin has always been debatable. But, this article I found online has some impressive points and facts that add to the growth of the bitcoin as a global currency.

    https://medium.com/@odeskpawan1/will-bitcoin-become-the-reserve-currency-of-the-world-c449efdd0e8b

But, what do you think about this? Could bitcoin really become the reserve currency of the world? Let me know your views on the same.

Will the next FOMO wave take us to 6 digits?

    Posted: 22 Apr 2019 02:56 AM PDT

The context is allready in progress, Venezuela, Iran, Cuba, Mexico, Turkey, but a lot more countries are slowly going to CC since their local currency is inflating to hyper inflating.

Right now the market seems to be in a balance, the offered Bitcoins match demand. This is partly thanks to these currencies being allready inflated a lot so available fiat can buy just a little Bitcoin compared to some years ago. But the overall demand is just increasing since more and more currencies will get more inflationary.

At some point demand will simply outrun supply. This will make Bitcoin go up again to the point it will become headlines in the news again. Then the next wave of new FOMO kicks in. Besides the countries that are more or less forced to use Bitcoin due to their native fiat inflating away, a lot of other people will be triggered to accumulate.

Once this turning point sets in I presume we are in for a surprise. The last down turn has done a good job getting rid of the weak hands. The next halving is coming, let alone if it would collide or just follow after the demand overwhelming supply from the previous described situation, it could also just be the trigger for the next run. Lightning should be able to handle additional transactions or the network overflow would be the last trigger needed to push lightning into mainstream. You can bet institutional money won't sit on the side line the moment we pass previous ATH.

I'm quite confident next bullrun will make us see the first $10k jump a day. Are you buckled up?

Chinese Government positive mentioning of Blockchain !!!

    Posted: 21 Apr 2019 10:46 PM PDT

This article just appeared on the official SPP Chinese Government website talking about Factom and Bitcoin, it's recent use as evidence in court there and the need to do much more of this.

The SPP is The Supreme People's Procuratorate, also translated as the "Prosecutor General's Office" (Chinese: 最高人民检察院; pinyin: Zuìgāo Rénmín Jiǎncháyuàn) is the highest national level agency responsible for both prosecution and investigation in the People's Republic of China. Hong Kong and Macau.

It's a pretty big deal to have the Chinese authorities onside, especially with the ongoing/expanding DHS and U.S Dept of Defence work.

    Here's a translation:

    IMF doesn't give a f* anymore..

    Posted: 21 Apr 2019 07:45 AM PDT

"In a cashless world, there would be no lower bound on interest rates. A central bank could reduce the policy rate from, say, 2 percent to minus 4 percent to counter a severe recession. The interest rate cut would transmit to bank deposits, loans, and bonds. Without cash, depositors would have to pay the negative interest rate to keep their money with the bank, making consumption and investment more attractive. This would jolt lending, boost demand, and stimulate the economy."

For everyone who has still some brain cells left, this is a good time to buy bitcoin!

    https://www.bloomberg.com/features/2016-venezuela-cafe-con-leche-index/

    https://dolarsatoshi.com/

Some people dont believe the MONTHLY minimum wage is around 3.5 USD (67,000 satoshis) , here is some proof:

    https://www.reuters.com/article/us-venezuela-economy/we-all-earn-the-same-venezuela-minimum-wage-hike-angers-skilled-workers-idUSKCN1M62OX

You can see the minimum wage here :

    https://www.reuters.com/article/us-venezuela-politics-wage/venezuelas-maduro-hikes-minimum-wage-300-percent-idUSKCN1P82E2

    18.000 BS. per month

And the official exchange rate is now 4113 Bs. per USD. http://www.bcv.org.ve/

(Last week is was 3,302.24) BS. Per USD.

    18,000 / 4,113 = 4,36 USD

(Street rate is around 5,000 Bs per USD, that is why the 3.5 USD figure)
