    Is it possible that SEC/Gov got lobbyed by big banks to keep XRP with no clear regulation and ambiguos about "security/not" ?

    Just got thinking about the bullshit projections about loss of jobs and other political power stuff they may have feed to those agencies.

    And in the end if XRP is going to be deemed a non-security, do you guys really feel like banks will jump on using it ?

    And if Ripple is sure that XRP is not a security I think they can ask/demand a check upon this matter, what do you guy's think ?

    J.P Morgan is trying to crate there on "RippleNet" but private, theyhave an advantage due to all the partners for sow many years, and they can leverage this.

    Ripple has a patent on the "Consensus" is this stopping others to create another coin that will use Consensus for the double spend problem ?
