Question about XRP and Burn Ratio Posted: 05 Nov 2018 03:02 PM PST Hello, i have a question about token burn of XRP. The token burn is very low (0,00...012 XRP or something like that). But this ratio could be changed by the users, couldn't it ? So do you think the banks could volontary increase the burn ratio of XRP to increase its price ? For example, Bank A perform a financial transfert, it buys 10 XRP at 7655 sat to Bank B. Bank B place a sell order to 7700 sat and burn the equivalent of 450 sat in XRP, nothing change for the bank but the number of XRP in circulation could decrease more than with just the standard burn rate. The value or XRP will increase and the banks that hold big amounts of XRP will win more and more money...I think that could be possible because i see another crypto project less known using that strategy, their market is smaller (car industry) but if banks use this strategy, it could be awesome for all XRP holders.Banks wants to make money, so i doubt that they don't have think to this idea, what do you think ?
