One of the greatest opportunities in the history of man

    Posted: 12 Sep 2018 02:30 PM PDT

I can't help but feel that for once, the people were out in front. We had the run on the banks, institutions, governments, conglomerates, you name it. The opportunity for people the world over to benefit from the digitization of cash and the emergence of blockchain, to better our positions, our systems and applications through technological advancement. And yet we have become collectively whipped, fearful of a rejected ETF, a manipulated article, or some BS about an institutional trading desk.

The opportunity is still here, the potential for weath transfer still exists, though the institutions are much better equipped to profit as well now. Don't be coerced into passing up this once in a lifetime opportunity out of irrational fear, because paradigm shifts like this occur only once in a generation. Peace and prosperity

Honest reviews still exist? Shockingly honest APEX review found on Medium

    Posted: 13 Sep 2018 12:16 AM PDT

This was very refreshing to see so it felt right to share with you guys. I just got through my Medium Daily Digest and there was a piece recommended on APEX. I opened the review expecting yet another shill piece, but I was pleasantly surprised to find some honest assessment of the project. I'll try to quote some of the main points of the review and you guys can check the full thing on Medium

    About

APEX is a blockchain powering next generation consumer applications. It allows businesses and consumers to exchange data efficiently, more secure and in a transparent manner while giving back ownership to the rightful owner (consumer).

    The Positives

The review then went on to discuss the team calling it an All Star Team

    All Star Team

2 Forbes China 30 under 30 core team members (CEO and President)

CEO is advisor for Microsoft, Lenovo and other Fortune 500 corporations.

CTO was Director of Engineering at Alibaba and managed a team of 30+ R&D people.

VP Product was Product Director at Alibaba

VP Commercial Partnerships was Commercial Head at Microsoft for China Eastern Regions.

Afterwards, the review goes through the existing company and its clients. A long list of clients is mentioned including

Maserati, McLaren, Volvo, BMW, Chevrolet, Fairmont, Banyan Tree, Finnair, Aeroflot, Ferrari, Juwai, Starbucks, Hilton, Maserati, Suzuki, iGola, and many more!

a few other positives including Masternodes and Roadmap are discussed. Those can all be seen on the Medium post

    The Negatives

Next the guy speaks of the negatives with the project

for anyone following the project, it is pretty clear that their biggest downfall was their choice of exchanges, and that is what the review also commented on.

    Current exchanges: Bit-Z, LBank & Switcheo.exchange
    Average daily volume: 30K USD

Just by the 2 lines above, we can see that the team underperformed when it comes to exchange listing and providing liquidity. This has been probably the major downfall of the project which resulted in the huge price drop from the ICO price. Initially, the token performed really well. The expectations were high for the project and people had high hopes. The Exchange listing of LBank was a tough pill to swallow, but even then the community had some hope with the project. However, that unfortunately was slowly going away. The problem with liquidity in this space is that it creates bagholders of your day 1 supporters. Those are the people who have your back throughout all the months of developments.

Finally a comment on the token price

In my opinion, with mainnet coming soon, these price levels present excellent opportunities for the patient, dollar cost averaging and accumulating long term investor. It is probably not easy to pick up a lot with the current volumes but it could be a good idea to get into the project slowly. The CEO disclosed in a recent interview Crypto Zombie that he understands there's a liquidity issue at hand and the core team is working on it.

    Personal Opinion

I kinda agree with most of what the review mentioned. It is very clear that the few exchanges for APEX arent doing it any favors.

The liquidity is struggling and trading volumes are terribly low for a token to be of high value. I personally think that they have a good chance of hitting better exchanges once the market turns around. I think listing now in the current market state may be a bad decision anyway.
