    Exchange Experiences

    Posted: 03 Sep 2018 10:19 AM PDT

After using Coinbase, Poloniex, Bitmex, Yobit, Bitsane, Tradesatoshi, Binance and Coinex. Here are my experiences and thoughts.

Response to tickets and customer service:

Yobit and tradesatoshi customer service is non existent. I believe its automated messages that are sent out to prevent people from going off the handle. Havent really seen much from the exchange side resolving issues or working with customers.

Bitsane or ANYBITS is the same company i believe. They respond to tickets but are better at responding to dms on facebook. They seem to be eastern european but always protect the exchange and hardly believe the customer enough to assist them. I have heard several stories about their internal systems malfunctioning resulting in lost coins. They dont really take responsibility, try to blame the customer and then ask you to write a new ticket.

Bitmex, Poloniex and Coinbase customer service is present but minimal. Takes days for them to respond.

Binance and Coinex These two exchanges have been responsive and helpful in assisting their customers in less than 2 days usually within the same day. Keep their word, and have an R and D department.

Out of all of the exchanges listed above, Binance and Coinex have the best mobile apps. The only issue I had with Binance was the IOS ban on crypto apps which locked the app on any apple products.

The other exchanges seem to be lacking when it comes to user interface and a dynamic mobile app.

Both binance and coinex fees are similar, so i continued to use binance and coinex. Coinex recently added trade mining which pays you out a dividend for the hours you spend trading on their platform. This is revolutionary, paying me out on both ends. Trading and for the time ive spent trading. I would recommend Coinex to those that day trade and want to earn dividends for the fees they pay when trading.

Coin was Founded in December 2017 so i was really skeptical at first and didnt really buy any coins from them. I put alittle eth in to receive their airdrop for launch which they honored and paid me out. They have constantly upgraded their platform and have always honored their bounties of airdrops. They have made promises and kept them as far as their roadmap. I truely see this exchange lasting through the trials of the crypto market. Their headquarters are in Hong Kong with emphasis on R and D. Look out for this exchange and the CET coin.

    Posted: 02 Sep 2018 04:30 PM PDT

Ppl say BCH has no future and its not pegged by any good. Was surfing and have found things like that: openbazaar.com/

Where you can buy a lot oa goods, including gold and silver coins/antiques using BCH. So, pretty nice thing ^^

Will there be a change that BCH will go lower this month?

    Posted: 02 Sep 2018 11:17 PM PDT

I just saw that our friend here went up to $6XX bracket and spike up more. Will there by chance it'll go back to $5XX bracket or even lower this month?

Transaction confirmed, but not received. Help?

    Posted: 02 Sep 2018 05:51 PM PDT

I had a little bit more than 3 BCH sent to me this afternoon and is confirmed on Blockchain, however the transaction does not show in my Blockchain.info wallet.

    Should I be concerned?

    Thanks in advance!
