Interview with Global Head of Banking @ Ripple (ex SWIFT 9yrs) Posted: 12 Aug 2018 05:25 PM PDT Marjan Delatinne was at SWIFT for 9yrs before moving to Ripple where she is now their Global Head of Banking. In the interview she discusses SWIFT and the future of Ripple and XRP. The video starts in German but moves to English. I like that the interviewers English isn't the best because he doesn't know how to soften his questions and cuts straight to the point. [link] [comments]

Posted: 12 Aug 2018 03:25 PM PDT Hey everyone, Today I've read this comment:
In the next 2-3 years, Ripple (the company) will still have ~20bn XRP. And let's say XRP pushes to $500. If so, Ripple would have trillions $. Will the World be interested to see Ripple in such a strong position? [link] [comments]
How do taxes work when trading? Posted: 12 Aug 2018 02:55 AM PDT So from what I remember/understand, if you cash out your crypto, they charge you depending on how long you've held it. I think it was a minimum of a year for it to be considered long term? That's all well and good, but I'm still kind of confused on how trading taxes work. Say for example I have 1k xrp, and buy and sell over and over with usdt, until I end up with, say, 5k xrp. Do I have to pay a tax on each buy and sell? So if I sell 1k, and buy back 2k, I have to pay 40% of that profit? How does this work? Fuck uncle sam btw. [link] [comments] |
