    Ethereum sharding meeting day will be held on July 1st. Ethereum researchers and devs will give presentations and discuss sharding + Casper mechanism, STARK, and P2P Networking.

    We are thrilled to have Vitalik Buterin, Justin Drake (Ethereum Foundation), Ben Edgington, Nicolas Liochon (ConsenSys), and Prof. Eli Ben-Sasson (StarkWare) talk about the latest sharding and zk-STARKs research work. Also, the Ethereum sharding client teams: Trinity (Ethereum Foundation), Nimbus (Status.im), PegaSys (ConsenSys), geth-sharding (Prysmatic Labs), Diamond Drops (Drops of Diamond), Parity (ParityTech), and Harmony (Ethereum Foundation) will share dev updates and discuss the roadmap.

    An exchange called Fcoin is holding a vote for new token listings, and voting is done by transferring a minimum amount of the token to the exchange. Vote is weighed not by total amount/value of tokens, but by how many unique addresses the tokens have been sent from. Unsurprisingly, this has resulted in the heavy congestion we're experiencing now.

    Fortunately, the vote is set to finish at midnight, July 1st. Unfortunately, the timezone isn't specified. Hong Kong time would be my guess.
