Posted: 26 Jun 2018 10:55 PM PDT I am new to cryptography, and I want to learn more. I know about concepts such as steganography, and tools such as the Enigma Machine, but I want to know more concepts within this field. Anyone mind compiling a list or links of types of cryptography concepts? [link] [comments] |
Veracrypt/Truecrypt on a portable System/Windows To Go Posted: 26 Jun 2018 02:06 PM PDT I got Windows To Go (Windows 10) on a system partition on a hard drive and it´s encrypted with veracrypt. The Boot Partition is not encrypted. My issue is, to use this hard drive/system on many different computers. For that reason I need on every computer the veracrypt bootloader in the UEFI to load the encrypted system. First question: Is it possible to use a portable hard drive with a encrpyted windows on one partition, in many different systems? If yes, how do I use it on many different computers, because of the bootloader? [link] [comments] |

How do I learn cryptography from the beginning to become as good as you guys? Posted: 25 Jun 2018 08:04 PM PDT I am sorry if I sound like a noob, but I am very interested in learning about cryptography. I know there is Google to start off, but how did you guys get a start on cryptography and also improved upon it to expertly talk about this fascinating topic? I Just joined Reddit to subscribe to this subreddit. Hope to learn how to be a cryptographer! [link] [comments] |
