Major banks will start to praise Bitcoin and others cryptos very soon.

    Posted: 16 Jun 2018 12:06 PM PDT

I think that the hostile position that the banking system has publicly taken has become part of a strategy to decrease demand in order for them to load up. Banks will like only invest directly in cypto when they don't need to use a third party custodian - banks will become custodians, internally and for the public once they are done establishing their own portfolios. At that point they will start to come up with some miraculously enlightened view of cryptos and promoste the shit out of it to their clients.

So in theory, we should have 2 bull markets coming up: the first triggered by banking and financial institutions stakeholders, and followed by the services these institutions will provide to the general public for investors of all calibers. These two factors may stack and form the next bubble. It will happen, its inevitable.

    EDIT:

    1. I'm actually not a bag holder as I was fortunate enough to invest before the crazy bull run from the second half of last year.
    2. There are fundamental properties of cryptos that are superior to how FIAT operates. I would assume that most people that are passionate about the technology behind cryptos fully comprehend how the advantages that these systems have to shape the future of finance. It is impossible to know when markets will go up, but they will. I have not come across good arguments that are opposed to the idea that cryptos will indeed turn the financial world upside down. This is how revolutionary this technology is. I will gladly have a discussion about that, but it would take a lot of writing just to reiterate what many experts have already publicly shared on the internet.
    3. There are a lot of Crypto investors that don't understand the technology behind it, that does not mean that there is not meat on this bone. The technology is revolutionary, the economic model is revolutionary, the financial services capability is revolutionary, and it can't be matched by anything else that exists today.
