BTC Bitcoin failing to get the legal weed business to use it is the greatest loss we can suffer. Banks won't work with cannabis businesses in the US, if we can get people in the ecosystem to use BCH then a self-sustaining bitcoin economy can grow. Talk to your friends who grow weed if you've got them.

Really, these are billion dollar industries that VISA and mastercard refuse to work with; bitcoin can help these companies and better than the established payment processors.

Bitcoin can spread around the world quickly IF a funcational and working ecosystem can be established.

Hi I'm the moderator of r/bitcoinforks and r/bitcoin mods tried to take over my subreddit

    Posted: 18 Jun 2018 05:12 AM PDT

    Hey Everyone,

I am a long time bitcoiner, and a while back I started my own subreddit: r/bitcoinforks. Since then I wanted to let the forum organically grow as I knew more forks were going to happen. Furthermore, Ive been slowly researching each bitcoin fork so I can add some more robust data to the forum over time.

Well it just so happens one of the most vocal moderators of r/bitcoin (will only abbreviate his name, others have tried too) tried to take over my forum by putting in a request with Reddit's main moderation team. The claim is that I was squatting, my name is supposedly a parody, and that the forum was inactive. Coincidently these multiple requests written by the mod 'S&D,' took place at the same time r/CryptoCurrency had seen some moderation changes.

I am here to tell you these cultists will not take my forum without a fight like they have done by monopolizing every bitcoin forum they can capture. r/bitcoin mods isn't it enough you guys monopolize bitcointalk, the wiki, Bitcoin.org, and a vast amount of domains and groups? Theymos is in charge of every group I just mentioned. Another r/bitcoin mod is in charge of the largest Facebook group and Google Plus group. Telegram groups have been taken over by this monopoly as well. Don't believe me search for the Telegram group @resolutions and see for yourself. The mods are all connected and they are same. Remember that Bitcoin.com lawsuit Telegram group? Funnily enough it is now the BTCC channel run by Trigz and the Clashic developer. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. We need to expose this further.

We need to fight back against this monopolizing force by continuously showing the world how they are attempting to take over everything they can, and continue exposing their lies and censorship.

I am inviting everyone here to Bitcoin Forks to post about any bitcoin fork in existence. I am a bitcoin cash fan I won't deny that, you can see this from my profile, and it is my favorite fork alongside bitcoin private. My subreddit is open for discussions and all are welcome without censorship.

On September 1st, memo.cash users are planning a stress-test of Bitcoin Cash. Lets kick the tires and show the world what this thing can do!

    Posted: 18 Jun 2018 11:56 PM PDT

Happy Tipping Tuesday! Post a comment here and get some free bits. Bitcoin was always meant to be used as a CASH system. Changetip closed down because of high fees, but on BCH we are building again! BCH is the real Bitcoin, and we will spread Economic Freedom worldwide!

    Posted: 18 Jun 2018 04:45 PM PDT

There is only one true Bitcoin that follows the definition of Bitcoin as a chain of signatures in satoshi's whitepaper and that is Bitcoin-BCH. Ever since Bitcoin Legacy was attacked and usurped by Bilderberg/AXA and the CIA, they have had a policy of high fees and unreliable transactions. The Cult of Core no longer even advocates Bitcoin as Cash, but instead say its a high fee settlement system, and they look forward to $1000 fees. They have used censorship and propaganda, and dirty tricks like false agreements such as NYA and the Hong Kong fake agreements. They promised block size limit increases along with segwit as a compromise, and then backstabbed us in order to unethically sneak segwit in past Nakamoto consensus without giving any blocksize upgrade. Because of these BlockStream Core policies many companies and services stopped using Bitcoin. Dell stopped accepting it, Rakuten stopped accepting it, Satoshi dice stopped accepting it, mixers closed down, changetip closed down. But on BCH we are building and innovating again. We can finally transact normally again and continue the vision of Satoshi as a world wide cash system that brings economic freedom everywhere.

Please post here to get some free bits. Bits is the historical unit for Bitcoin, but it also went extinct from the high fees on BTC-Legacy. Bits can only be feasible on BCH the real Bitcoin with low fees, it just doesn't work on Bitcoin-Legacy anymore. Coinbase and Bitpay had adopted bits before the fees killed it and my hope is they will embrace it for BCH again. There are 1 million bits in a BCH. If newbs have any questions please feel free to ask in the thread as well and get advice on how to use the tip bot, and withdraw to your own wallet.

Reddit usage for tippr directions are here: https://www.reddit.com/r/tippr/wiki/reddit-usage

Information on chaintip the other tip bot is here: https://www.chaintip.org/

I suggest using the Bitcoin.com wallet for withdrawing BCH because they have BCH as default. You may also want to try the Bitpay wallet, which has some added features like a shapeshift button to change your btc-segwits into Bitcoin-BCH (bitcoin.com has this as well), as well as an amazon button to purchase amazon gift cards instantly in the BitPay app using Bitcoin. And there is a bitcoin BitPay debit card option in the app as well.

In the BitPay wallet you will need to add the BCH wallet as a second wallet as its not there by default. So press the + symbol and create new personal wallet, then choose coin BCH and back it up.

If you need to change between legacy and the new cashaddr format then use this tool: https://cashaddr.bitcoincash.org/

Its a lot of work doing these tipping threads but we were being attacked with fake Tipping Tuesday threads by Core trolls, so someone had to turn up the heat. It takes a lot of energy and funds to do these threads but they seem effective at getting newbs involved and its also good PR for our community. If you like what I am doing, please consider donating, to help keep these things going.

PayPal like transaction capacity of BCH needs to be advertised better

    Posted: 18 Jun 2018 03:53 PM PDT

The current 32mb block size cap gives BCH a PayPal like tx capacity. On bitcoin cash.org and bitcoin.com this is not clearly illustrated. While 32mb blocks might mean something to you and I, to newcomers this means nothing. Lots of negative press is being spead about crypto being horribly slow and incapable of competing with legacy payment systems, we need to dispel this misinformation by making the facts about BCH clear and simple for anyone to understand.

    Blockstream’s connection to the Bilderbergs

    Posted: 18 Jun 2018 03:33 PM PDT

remember: 25% of a crowd has to be convinced, the rest 75% will blindly follow.

    Posted: 18 Jun 2018 09:08 PM PDT

I would estimate that we are at 5-10% concerning BCH instead of BTC. we need to grow atleast to twice the size to make the rest of the crowd follow.

its amazing to see how far a coin has come since august 1st. its not even a year!

Blockstream Token (Bitcoin Core) degenerates over time because it denies help from the community. Gregory Maxwell said "When you start cutting me a paycheck you can start dictating what my job is"

    Posted: 19 Jun 2018 01:59 AM PDT

Back in the day when Bitcoin Cash wasn't a thing yet, I offered some help in bitcointalk to the alleged "Bitcoin devs" by brainstorming for ideas how to solve the scalability issues. Not even once did a constructive conversation spawn out of these threads, as if developers just teased themselves with the idea that someone from the community might also be capable of providing valuable insights.

What is more, when Core royally fucked up by increasing the dust threshold without mentioning it in the release notes and I brought it up, I was met with aggression and arrogance. I pointed out their fatal flaw and instead of admitting it Gregory Maxwell tried to cover it up and even privately threatened to ban me.

Here, OneMegGreg even admitted that he is doing exactly what his masters behind Blockstream tell him to do (AXA is one of the main owners of Blockstream).

The fact that $BTC and $BCH rise & fall together shows that most people don’t understand what Bitcoin is or why it is revolutionary. Both are being treated as a single asset class, when in reality, only Bitcoin Cash has the future in its hands. Think AOL (BTC) vs. the web (BCH).

    Posted: 18 Jun 2018 02:10 PM PDT

UPDATE: Kraken support (thanks in part to this post and y'all) has actually made this right by upgrading my account to an appropriate tier and sending me credits for the inconvenience. I was surprised and happy with how they handled this so quickly. I'm not sure I would have received such a fast and amicable reply had I not posted here, so I have no regrets. However, because my issue is resolved in such amicable terms I think that it's only fair that I delete the original text while leaving this update up until a sufficient amount of time for everyone who has an interest in this thread or who has posted can read this update. At that point I will be deleting the thread.

    Thanks for your support!
