    LukeDashJr (co-founder of Blockstream) says that Bitcoin didn't "split" in 2017, referring to the August 2017 Bitcoin Cash hardfork. I beg to differ.

    LukeDashJr (co-founder of Blockstream) doesn't like the fact that I said that Bitcoin "split" in 2017, referring to the August 2017 Bitcoin Cash hardfork.

    As you can see from his tweet, his position is that:

    There was no "split" of Bitcoin in 2017 at all.

    BCH was a completely new altcoin that launched in 2017 Aug.

    As if Bitcoin Cash has no historical relationship with Bitcoin.

    Let's see if my use of the word "split" is really inappropriate.

    Wallet pairing problems, need advise.

    Hi everyone,

    I've got 0.2071BCH funds in Coinbase Commerce but because they are currently unable to withdraw, they use 3rd party, Jaxx, to pair their wallet with them using 12 word phrase. Trouble is that after pairing Coinbase Commerce wallet with Jaxx wallet, I see 0BCH showing in Jaxx wallet and 0.2071BCH (correct amount) in Coinbase Commerce. I further learned that Jaxx is currently having problems showing correct funds. I then tried to pair Coinbase Commerce wallet with "bitcoin.com" and "bitcoin cash" wallets but I still see 0BCH in those wallets (same as with Jaxx, even though these other wallets don't seem to be having problems). I seem to be doing everything right: 1) choose "create new wallet" 2) enter 12 word passphrase but I just can't get 0.2071BCH from Coinbase Commerce show up in these other wallets after pairing :(

    What am I doing wrong? Could someone please advise a workaround to fixing this pairing problem issue?

    1.Trading Shares :

    Shares are certificates of partner-ship from companies . And share holders have access to the profits and earnings of that particular company . The percentage of shares a person's holding is the percentage of profit of his earnings . So trading with those shares is called Trading shares .

    2.Forex :

    Forex stands for foreign exchange trades currencies . These currencies are traded through banks . And are usually traded in pairs .

    3.Bitcoin Trading :

    Bitcoin is a digital currency . Bitcoin trading is based on encryption used to regulated the available bitcoins and the very movement of the currency as spent , purchased and created . This trading is not controlled by any middle man .........read more

    What is the best way to convert BTC directly for BCH?

    A current holder of BTC, I want to convert to BCH.
    I looked at ShapeShift.io - and it all looks very simple and easy to do, but their rate wasn't great.
    Has anyone else here got any advice of a good exchange to use?

    Just to be clear, I am looking at a direct swap, not BTC --> Fiat --> BCH.
