    How big will the crypto market - and XRP - become?

    A gentle reminder why Ripple/XRP will succeed.

    I initiated an international money transfer on the 1st of May from my boa account to friend's bank account in India which is not native to the transfer service. Three days later the money got debited from my account and the projected credit to his account is on the 8th of May.

    There are other services that claim instant transfer as well, and they do finish transactions within 1-2 days but they play catch up later. I see the actual money being debit from my account 2-3 days later. So they essential trust me (based on my transfer history and existing relationship) and assume there is enough money in my account. Well...that is a huge area of uncertainty.

    With Ripple/XRP all of these problems are essentially vaporized...sub 5 second transfers...that's the future.

    Peanut butter question to the community.

    So The Man, The Myth, The Legend says time and time again and even wrote a manifesto on it, "Concentrate on one thing and do not spread out thin." Concentrate on one thing, perfect it and move on to the next. Perfect that and move on to the next.

    So...Ripple, as we all know, is working on friction-less payments across borders. Something about a plane or a flight or something. This has been the main goal for a long time. We (the community) wont get any updates until after the "Larsen Tipping Point." Unless the new bank, or customer, decides on their own to announce it.

    Now....Ripple is blowing the dust off of an old project that was shelved because there was "no market" or it was "ahead of its time." Going to try to get into the derivatives market.

    Wouldn't this be a new area? Have we hit that tipping point(LTP) or does the Ripple Team know that they got Objective 1 taken care of and it is time to start getting Objective 2 going?

    Just a thought. Curious what you guys think.

    My friend bought some Ripple three years ago, and forgot about till now. It's worth about $500K now but the problem is that he does not remember what the exchange was called. Is there a way to check historically when and which exchanges listed Ripple first?
