If you think revenue can't go any lower... Posted: 09 Mar 2018 09:05 PM PST (I'll be speaking in terms of USD, not BTC/ETH/ZEC for this) Back in August 2017, I had a spare GTX 970 that made $0.45/day, while in July of 2017, it made around $1.45/day. In December of 2017, it was making ~$4.00/day. It's currently making $1.00/day, so if you can't handle it going any further down, then you shouldn't be mining. [link] [comments]
Mining is dead. Time to toss in the towel Posted: 09 Mar 2018 10:17 AM PST I'll buy all your cards for 50% MSRP. Make some of that money back now while you still can! ;P [link] [comments]
Why Current Hashrate & Reported Hashrate so diffetent ? (No rejected shares) Posted: 10 Mar 2018 04:03 AM PST Hi; Ä° don't really understand that. Ä° am using clasymore via ethermine & nanopool. Ä° dont have any rejected shares. My claymore settings are 1200 2250 850 900. Ä° got only %3 stack shares. And also my system works 8 days without crash. Ä° tried so many settings. But with the setting which i write, i can see 31+ mh for eachcard. My hashrates are high in claymore but when i check on the web ethermine or nanopool, 6 x 580 got 186-192 mhs but calculated around 150-160 sometimes 188. So flowing... What is the reason ? As i said there is no rejected shares [link] [comments]

For those who have Error code 10. This device can not start.. Posted: 10 Mar 2018 07:42 AM PST I have spend more than 50 hours on this. So read and safe yourself the trouble. Situation: Windows recogizes the P104 cards. Install the drivers but installs with a code 10 error. Cards are unusable but recognized. What I did: - Replace risers - Replace PSU - Re-install drivers - Re-install windows - Flash cards bios - Flash Motherboard bios - Gen 1, 2 and 3 on motherboards. - 4G decode settings. The solution, make sure your PSU 6+2 plug connects the extra 2 properly. Mining at 4000 mhs again. Fuck my life. [link] [comments]

GPU mining Financial modelling Posted: 10 Mar 2018 03:29 AM PST Is anyone aware of good financial models that calculate profitability? Even if they're paid. [link] [comments]
Posted: 10 Mar 2018 01:21 AM PST Has anyone recently tested which one is more profitable, I can only find old posts that probably aren't relevant anymore. [link] [comments]
Web/IP Based 120/240 Power Switch Posted: 10 Mar 2018 12:44 AM PST Anyone have a good recommendation for one? I found this one but dont know if its pricey? [link] [comments]

Be careful buying used stuff out there. Posted: 09 Mar 2018 11:47 AM PST Spotted this beauty on Ebay. To be fair, the Ebayer wasn't trying to sell the 1080ti as a working unit, but if you pay a close attention, that's an older card with a 1080ti heatsink/fan assembly. Heck, I've got several interesting cases buying GPU from Amazon (not 3rd party sold @Amazon): Most common, is probably used GPUs sold as new. If I have to guess, these are probably returns and then sold again. Several MSI brands and one Gigabyte but for some reason never EVGA. Craziest was probably when I purchased a MSI Gaming X 1080Ti and got a GTX 950. [link] [comments]

A little bit of help needed please Posted: 10 Mar 2018 12:02 AM PST I would like to start mining, but as far for the gpu's prices aren't profitable. I would like to go asia(Thailand, Singapore, China, Hong Kong) To buy 20-30 gpu's. (vega 56, 64/1080ti /rx580 nitro +/p102, p106) Does sombady have prices details? Or which Countries are cheapers? Posted: 09 Mar 2018 06:34 PM PST I'm probably too late to the party, but which is good for casual mining? I know it'd probably take me 20 years to actually get something out of my 290x, but its still better than nothing since I leave my computer on most of the time, and when I'm using it I'm just gaming, probably 6 hours a day? All the other hours, it's just left on idle. Which one should I mine for casual mining? And is there a program to let it start mining as soon as the PC goes idle? Thanks! Edit: I don't pay for electricity. [link] [comments]
Ebay has a spring promo sale code for everything if anyone is interested Posted: 09 Mar 2018 02:20 PM PST A friend told me about it so I'm about to snag another 570 for my rig. Figure people could use it to buy anything else they may need. Its "pspring20" btw. [link] [comments]
Posted: 09 Mar 2018 09:10 PM PST Title says it.. is it possible to do this? I bought and tested a PNY 1070 founders edition and can squeeze nearly 500 sol/s mining Zcash with cuda miner. I'm interested in some real responses not some "no way" [link] [comments] |
