    “WE WON’T MISS THE BLOCKCHAIN REVOLUTION” – FRENCH FINANCE MINISTER

    The French Finance Minister, Bruno Le Maire set a positive tone during the G20 meeting in Argentina concerning cryptocurrency and blockchain and wants his country to be in the world leaders, according to an interview with Numerama.

    Le Maire stated that France is one of the top countries regarding crowdfunding and blockchain and asked: "So why stop there?"

    As he mentioned, he doesn't want France to miss what he has called "The Blockchain Revolution."

    Finance Ministers from different countries expressed their fears of the risk that cryptocurrency represents for the global economy. However, Mark Carney stated that there is no risk for the global economy with cryptocurrencies.

    France's Finance Minister also believed Bitcoin was only the beginning of the blockchain revolution and many other innovations are to come.

    He is also opened and interested towards Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs), but he mentioned he wants to develop "an effective legal framework," according to the interview.

    Jean-Pierre Landau, the former Bank of France Deputy Governor will take charge of this project.

    "France has every interest in becoming the first major financial center to propose an ad hoc legislative framework that will allow companies initiating an ICO to demonstrate their seriousness to potential investors."

    I am not a successful trader, so don't take this as some real trader's analysis. But I think if I had followed through with this, I would have definitely come out with GREEN in the end.

    TMX’s (Toronto Stock Exchange) Shorcan Announces Cryptocurrency Initiatives

    March 22, 2018 (TORONTO) – TMX Group today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shorcan Digital Currency Network (Shorcan DCN) has entered into an agreement with Paycase Financial (Paycase), a Toronto-based, value network and trustware provider for decentralized financial services, most widely known for their mobile-first remittance platform, to launch a new cryptocurrency brokerage service focused on Bitcoin and Ether. BMO Financial Group will provide Shorcan DCN with banking services as part of the payment and settlement infrastructure.

    Shorcan DCN is designed to leverage the combination of Shorcan Brokers' (Shorcan) expertise in providing clients in the Canadian financial industry with liquid, efficient and reliable brokerage services with Paycase's premier cryptocurrency data aggregation platform and established worldwide network of industry leaders and participants.     Will BTC retest the 100 day MA?

    Or even trade between the 100 and 300 day MAs for a while? I've been watching this for a while but oddly don't see nearly as much talk about it as I would expect. Given the upcoming end to the current triangle (8.3-9K, early/mid april?), I was thinking the next move would probably be a test of this wider "MA' channel. Thoughts?
