24 word keys on devices like trezor

    Posted: 24 Feb 2018 11:47 PM PST

Do all wallets give us 24 word private keys like the trezor?

I'm trying to understand how the wallet generates these keys and authenticates them if the wallet is merely a way to visualize what's on the blockchain.

I'm also trying to understand how a wallet know to just generate any address out of thin air and that this wallet does not accidentally override one that already exists on the blockchain.
