    I hate the sound of my mineing cards when i game. My gameing GPU will soon be water cooled and my cpu is to. Is there anyway to extend the riser cables so i can put them further away on another psu?

    Run a TOR/Onion Relay on the Miner

    I have a 5x3070 FHR Rig with i7-9700k. It is running nearly 24/365. Also farming XCH & Forks

    I thought about running a Onion Middle/Guard Relay on my Miner. is there a risk involved when i run a Onion Relay on the miner?

    should i run it in a VM or on the windows miner?

    Any notable 3rd party advantages over the stock Nvidia cards?

    Hi All,

    Just a point of curiosity really. For instance the Nvidia 3080 vs Evga 3080 or any other card numbers? The only thing I really see is cooling, which of course allows the card to run faster, and perhaps more efficiently. But what else am I missing?

    GPU Fan Debate

    So I had an EVGA RTX 3080 Ftw3 fan go bad. I checked and it was a ceased fan bearing. I ordered spare parts from China and replaced it, now good as new.

    Prior to the replacement, I kept my fans running at a variable speed curve never exceeding 74%.

    Now after 1 year mining - and with one fan gone bad - I decided to run them at 100% all the time.

    My question is: which strategy works better to preserve the lifespan of a constantly running GPU fan, (variable or fixed) speed?

    If you Google this, you'll find mixed answers everywhere. Can someone give a definite answer from experience, please.

    Why my GPUs have the same numbers ? That’s not even the correct order regarding to the Pcie slots they are connected…

    System posts directly to this BIOS error message. every single thing I can think of or come across in BIOS is disabled (sata, audio). 4g enabled, UEFI, even link speed down to gen 1.

    Pentium Gold cpu, MSI Z490-A mobo, 8gb ram, 128gb m.2 ssd. and I'm actually using Windows 10 with no issues running 10 gpus (2 pcie splitters in both x16 slots, 3 x1 slots, and the 2nd m.2 slot has pcie usb adapter). various kinds of gpus.

    Technically the cpu has 16 lanes. is there anything else I can do? I want to try everything I can before attempting to have HiveOS or similar boot from usb (I'm assuming this would allow at least the 11th to be added successfully bc I'd take away the m.2 ssd).

    please let me know what you guys think

    What are the best psus for mining?

    So I'm trying to build a rig and I need to find a power supply many recommend a server psu but o don't know where to buy them or how to set them up. Is it possible to use like two 750 watt power supplies?

    TON Coin Cash Out in the US?

    How the hell do I cash out my TON in the US? I tried transferring it to gate.io from tonkeeper and that don't work. Won't transfer. What am I doing wrong?
