Posted: 01 Oct 2021 04:54 PM PDT For any newbies coming here wondering why there is so much trolling against Bitcoin Cash, including anti-BCH propaganda and lies, I would like to spread awareness about this issue. Bitcoin Cash, the peer to peer electronic cash system, shifts the dynamics of power from the elites back to the people. This is a threat to the survivability of the banks and regimes seeking to control the masses through the financial system. And there are many direct and indirect evidence (outlined below) of such bad actors trying to sabotage the peer to peer cash revolution through various means. We need your help to stand up against such saboteurs. Unity is our strength and we should make a righteous stand against the toxic bullies and shifts the power from the elites back into the people hands. Just by speaking up and spreading awareness on this, and refusing to stay silent about it, you're making a difference, and for that, I thank you. This is going to be a very long post, please bear with me. And it's a very long post precisely because the bad actors had tried so many different things to sabotage the peer to peer cash project throughout the years.

The global banking elites control over trillion dollars in assets. They can afford to throw few million dollars each day to protect their massive business empires. If I were them, I would make the same choice. It's a no brainer. They don't have to win; each day they sabotage the adoption of peer to peer cash, their trillion dollars empire survive another day while the rest of the population suffers. There are actually plenty more nasty unethical things BTC bullies had done which is not covered here. Bitcoin Cash is an attempt to rescue what the bad actors had hijacked successfully, mainly the peer to peer cash revolution. And it won't be the last time the bad actors will try to find ways to sabotage this project. And we need your help. Bitcoin Cash does not care if you are black, white, Asian, male, female, American, Iranian, Chinese… We are all about bringing economic freedom and financial sovereignty to the world, increasing quality of lives to everyone and putting the power back into the people hands. We are in this together. [link] [comments]
We need a way more decentralized bridge to SmartBCH than SHAgate Posted: 01 Oct 2021 11:35 PM PDT As far as I understand it also with SHAgate as it stands now there will only be 3 keyholders for the whole 21 mio sBCH. True? That's a massive and imho unnecessary counterparty risk. Why can we not come up with a solution where only those owning the BCH (private keys) on mainchain can lock an equal amount of sBCH while locking up their BCH? But how to come back from sBCH to BCH? Maybe something like Firo's aka Zcoin's privacy feature. That works something along the lines: You give/lock your coins in a "pot" and are then allowed to take out an equal amount (but different coins) from the pot. Let's lock up the BCH in a "pot" which allows to unlock sBCH and vice versa. [link] [comments]

Posted: 01 Oct 2021 09:42 AM PDT The best way to provide value to people is to solve a real problem they have. Censorship is on the rise and content creators (Podcasters/vloggers etc.) are getting banned/demonetized left and right. It is worrisome that people have started self-censoring their content because they (partially) rely on the income it generates. Freedom of speech is important and no one should be afraid to get banned/censored from any platform because of what they wrote. Sadly the reality is different and often times people steer clear of certain topics or opinions as to not endanger their source of income. Even using your own hosting is no bullet proof solution since in order to accept donations one has to rely on a payment processor such as PayPal/Creditcard companies. Those too have been vocal about not holding back when it comes to denying service for individuals/companies with whose views they do not agree. Since Bitcoin Cash (BCH) was always intended by its creator (Satoshi) to be decentralized, permissionless, peer-to-peer cash, this seems to be the perfect use case. It's the ultimate payment system where no 3rd parties are able to intervene or block your transactions in any way. What I think would be powerful is a live streaming platform like Twitch/YouTube with an interactive chat where people can post questions/comments with a donation attached. Basically YouTube's SuperChat but without their ridiculous 30%+ fee and the added risk of getting cut off completely if you say the wrong things on stream. Optionally the stream can be saved and played back later but I think the focus should be user interaction and seeing the questions/comments & donations come in live. This removes any worry about sponsors not agreeing with your speech or otherwise getting banned so the focus can be on keeping the discussion going. Bret Weinstein & Heather Heying's Dark Horse podcast for example heavily relies on YouTube and he has made it clear that his channel already received multiple strikes. They are fully dependent on the income of their podcast to support their family, there is no doubt in my mind that at some point they will start to self-censor. Moving to a platform I have just described will give people like them peace of mind and also allow them to keep the 30%+ that YouTube takes. I know there is gaze.cash but that is far removed from what I have just described, of course it would be awesome if they could pivot! Ideally the service comes with an app that notifies you when a stream is starting and then allows you to tune in, join the conversation and attach on-chain donations to those messages. For the content creator the donations would arrive in their own wallet in real-time. Thoughts? [link] [comments]
