    RTX 3060 V2 LHR NBMiner vs T-Rex vs LOLMiner

    I finally got to test how the different miners are vs each other in ethereum, ergo and ravencoin, if you have a LHR card.

    The short version is as following:

    Use NBMiner for ETH

    Use NBMiner or T-Rex for ERG

    Use T-Rex for RVN

    hiveos wont change the power limit to what i set it to.

    Hello, so i recently switched to hiveos and its giving me errors on my one 3090... All my other cards are running fine but this 3090 wont go past 284 watts on hive. On windows it was doing 123 mhs at 300-313 watts. I can barely get 108 on this card.... I had the core locked at 1230 in windows and had my mem at 1250... I have 2 evga 850 watt psus, an msi z390 motherboard, intel core i5 9600k.. no matter what i try it wont go to standard 115-125 mhs..... If anyone knows why and can let me know, id appreciate it!

    Gainward rtx 3060Ti has anyone this card? How has it performed in mining Rvn/Ergo? Any temps problem or other?

    Everything seems to work fine until when I plug in my power cable for the cpu.

    Intel Core i5-6400 - Core i5 6th Gen Skylake Quad-Core 2.7 GHz LGA 1151 65W Intel HD Graphics 530 Desktop Processor - BX80662I56400

    [BNIB] Evga Gaming XC 3060 swap to RTX 2070?

    I'm new to GPU mining, since my gaming PC is just idling most of the week and after the LTT video about video cards, I decided to do mining on my 3070 tuf rig. Last week, i got a email from evga that they have a 3060 available, bought it and now i have a guy who is willing to trade it for a 2070. Do i just have to do a straight trade, no money involved or do i have the upper hand to ask for a little money? Thanks everyone!

    I got 2 3070 ventus. Since yesterday one of my 3070 ventus is getting a lot of errors, even when is not overclocked. And the other has a less 4mh. What might the problem be? I am using nanominer. Also usage of the gpus is fluctuating http://imgur.com/a/WKjK1lw

    Can i play Games on a Mining rig?

    I know i should theoretically be able to, but i was thinking to upgrade my PC so i thought why not make a Hybrid Gaming/Mining rig. I was thinking that if i get a mining motherboard and upgrade the processor and the some better RAM, would that be possible ?

    Does anyone here have some experience/insight with this and how well does it work for you ?

    EDIT: when building this Gaming/Mining rig, What would you recommend an open frame or a case?

    i feel like a case would generate alot of heat and open frame would alllow for alot of dust exposure.

    Dag keeps regenerating mining ergo

    Hello guys, I have a problem. Yesterday i started mining ergo on flypool.org. I tried different mining software but they all give me the same issue(?): the dag is being regenerated randomly (even after a few seconds). I already tried tweaking the core and the memory clocks, but it is still the same. Am I missing something or is it normal?

    msi b550-a pro + 1x riser, help please

    I cant get this to work for the life of me. I tried both Windows and Linux and they both reset the PC after loading drivers.

    Using a single riser 1x works fine. Plugging the GPUs into the motherboard works fine.

    But I cant get 2 of the 1x riser cards to work at the same time.

    I can get windows to output to 4x GPUs at the same time if I do not load the driver.

    Bios is set to x4x4x4x4. And the BIOS shows the cards as x1 NVIDIA GPU

    I am using a RM850 to power two GPUs.

    Since this occurs on multiple OS, multiple different risers, and multiple different GPUs, it has to be something with the motherboard????? The bios on this POS has very little options.

    2nd card (3060ti) not going above 35 MH

    My mining rig for quite awhile only had the 3060ti on it. I could get that up to 62 MH no problem. It would use about 130 or so watts. I've now added a 3080 to the mix. I replaced the 3080 into the 16x slot and put the 3060ti on a riser. When I first start up, I notice the 3060 ti going up to full speed. I noticed the 3060 ti was only using about 100 watts, so I thought the power was the issue, but I got the power issue figured out. It just doesn't seem to want to go above 35 MH. I haven't tried a new riser, but any other ideas to resolve this? I've generally used Nicehash to set the OC since it can control the fans with the VRAM temp, and gminer 2.61

    MB: TB250-BTC+

    CPU: i3-6100

    RAM 8 GB

    Win 10

    750 Watt EVGA PSU

    GPU Raisers

    Hi everyone, i'm sure this is a common set of questions but I'de just like to make sure

    1. Does the USB version affect mining performance on a raiser?

    2. Does the Pci-e version affect mining performance on a raiser?

    3. Is there any difference between 1x, 4x, 8x and 16x slots?

    Enough Core/Mem talk, what're your NVIDIA control panel settings?

    So i have been mining since roughly 2016/17. I used to have a setting in my NVIDIA panel back when i had a couple 970s, called "Optimise for Compute Performance".

    I can no longer see this, but i see an array of other settings which might have an effect on mining efficiency.

    Has anyone played around with this? I am guessing the setting above was removed with LHR.

    Amd & Nvidia mining rig question

    Hi,

    I have a spare Vega 64 nitro+ laying around.

    I am also planning to pick up a rtx 3060 ti soon if I can

    I've read that mining rigs can support multiple GPUs at a time however can you do amd & Nvidia at the same time?

    For system parts wise if I was going to build another system I would likely get a h470 or b460 motherboard for a i3 10-100 Is this a good idea?

    Ram is also pretty cheap so I would just pickup 16gb 2133mhz & a cheap Sata SSD.

    I have a spare case (h700i) and a seasonic PSU 650

    I am considering getting a small form factor PC case, and I would be mining on just a single 3070 card and my CPU, if possible. This would also be my main use PC as well, but I would like to get into mining. Provided that I have adequate case fans for it, and set up the air flow properly (I cannot imagine it being hard) it will be like a normal mining rig, correct?

    Case in question is Coolermaster NR 200.
