What limits the number of pci slots on a mobo? Posted: 12 Aug 2021 02:33 AM PDT What is the limiting factor for increasing the number of pcie slots with say 1 to 4 pcie multipliers. Is it the chipset that limits the number logically? [link] [comments] | ||

Posted: 11 Aug 2021 12:51 PM PDT I live in NH and we have pretty high electricity costs. .83/kwh when you include the delivery side of the bill. I've done the math and a 1200w PSU pulls about 15AMPs full bore. That means I'd need 450AH of battery to run 24/7 which is no cheap feat. I'd also need panels to top it off. The environmental side appeals to me as well. We're all pulling some major amps here which rely on fossil fuels for the most part. Just wondering if any of you have looked into the green side.
