    Help sending XRP with XUMM

    Hi,

    I'm trying to withdraw some XRP from XUMM but keep encountering the same problem.

    Unable to get recipient account info please try again.

    I've tried various routes;

    1 - sending to my exchange scanning/copying qr code.

    2 - adding exchange details as a contact in XUMM along with destination tag.

    3 - sending to a different wallet (BRD) using the request feature.

    However all seem to produce the same results in XUMM.

    XUMM sees the recipient, I select it and hit next. It spend about 30 seconds looking as if it's going to the next phase but comes up with the same as above unable to get recipient account info.

    I tried multiple times last night and this morning. I've switched my phone off. All apps look to be the latest versions.

    Any advice most appreciated.
