How to survive with the current cryptocurrency market conditions?

Hello guys! I need your advice, and I hope that I can get one in this subreddit. By my own mistake and lack of knowledge and experience in this field, I started trading bitcoins and altcoins without knowing the difference between those two. Now, I'm in a deep ass, and I need to get out somehow from there! I really hope that you will help me with that! Can you see the meme below? That's basically me!

    https://preview.redd.it/w5k5apoqpt371.jpg?width=576&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ebd4c9d0a6d8dfd206f33614ac825ba33f3b5bfd

It started with a phone call from one unknown number. I answered that call, and a guy with s soft voice tried to persuade me to begin trading in the cryptocurrency market. I told him honestly that I don't have any experience with that. Besides, I usually don't fall for phone calls such as this one. But he had such an influential personality, so I agreed to start trading with them. I even managed to make some money by trading with them, still not knowing what I was doing. I was just blindly listening to the guy I worked with.

After a couple of months, I've lost all my savings. I've looked through a couple of posts in this subreddit, and I realized that I did many wrong things. My biggest mistake is that I didn't study the market well, and I didn't check the insider information. I have no idea why I believed that this information is not relevant to me. Maybe if I double-check everything that guy said, I would be able to at least save my money. I'm not even talking about multiplying them!

I found out about channels that spread insider information and how to use it correctly. It works mainly for altcoins and not bitcoins. I should have made my decisions based on this info instead of a completely unknown person's opinion. If you know some channels that I can use for bitcoins, please be so kind as to share them with me.

I hope that my story will teach beginners to think with their own brains before making any decisions. Also, I'm looking for advice from experienced traders. Thank you for your time!

    Anonymity

Government Id , SSN, address proof, face shots are some things I would never even think about sharing but trading requires either some or all of them. Is there any way to bypass them? I may be wrong but isnt BTC supposed to be anonymous.

Should I diversify while investing to generate more safe passive income?

Currently using Midas.Investments to earn passive income. Their APY is quite strong but I want to diversify for safety reasons. Wondering how you all feel about BlockFi, Celsius, or some other platforms? Any recommendations to maximize my returns? Thank you!
