I asked my gold coin dealer to take litecoin. He said yes and had it available within an hour on his website.
Created the source code visualisation for the litecoin github repository, I think it's pretty neat.

I buy gold coins. I asked my coin dealer, who takes bitciin on his website, if he would accept litecoin because its cheaper and i dont want to pay bitcoin fees.

He said okay, and emailed me within an hour that it was done and i can pay with litecoin thru the website.

The mass adoption starts with the litecoin army aggressively asking anywhere btc is accepted, if they can accommodate litecoin.

We can drive mass adoption and change the narrative around litecoin one aggressive litecoinist at a time. Fyi, gold dealers are OGs as far as the resistance is concerned with fiat dollars. Edit*spelling errors

I'm not entirely new to crypto, was here during the 2017 surge but was not completely invested and dedicated to knowing the ins and outs of everything. Today I sent 1.64 litecoin to the wrong address because I didn't realize that Coinbase had a different receiving address than the one it sends from. So today I sit before you litecoinless and feeling a little dumb. Good luck to all of you I'm going to bed now

A lot of people don't realize that the Litecoin software actually has a feature that enables merged mining of itself along with other cryptos. So long as it is Scrypt-based, such as is the case with Doge, other cryptos can simply ride on Litecoin's hash power for their security.

A lot of people think this is a mutual relationship (both blockchains win). However it's more of a symbiotic relationship (hell, probably even parasitic) since Doge doesn't do jack shit to help out Litecoin. It literally just rides on Litecoin's success.

Now, this being said, if at any time Litecoin developers decided to turn off the merged mining feature... what would happen to good ol' Doge?

Is this a real possibility or am I missing something?

Which wallet do you guys use for the best privacy but lowest fees? Guarda seems great for privacy but their fees are steep. Thanks for any advice!
