Ripple Says SEC Lawsuit Has Cost XRP Investors $15,000,000,000 in Damages

Try and not be biased, but is the lawsuit slowly coming undone for the SEC?

    Posted: 06 Mar 2021 05:24 PM PST

Clayton did a hit and run, slapped an absolute train-wreck of a lawsuit against ripple and now they are coming out guns blazing. At each point, the sec's case is seeming weaker and weaker. Even from a non biased perspective this doesn't look good, Espically the part about exchanges approaching the sec. play devils advocate in the comments, explain why the sec has the upper hand and their good strong valid points.

Signed onto my Kracken account after a few years because I remembered using a small fraction of bitcoin to buy XRP on Kracken in hopes I still had some on there. No Bitcoin, but still says I have XRP. However, it says there is no value to it? Am I SOL?

Is it possible to get the reserve out of the Rippex wallet?

    Posted: 06 Mar 2021 08:43 AM PST

So back in 2017 I bought some XRP and I didn't look at it until recently. Everything was stored on a Rippex windows desktop wallet. The laptop that the wallet is stored on, the keyboard started to malfunction and now I'm looking for a new laptop. I was trying to download the Rippex wallet on a different pc to transfer my account, but I saw that the Rippex wallet is not supported anymore. Apart from 20 XRP I managed to send everything to an online crypto trading website. But what can I do with the remaining 20 XRP? If they don't get transferred to somewhere else, then I will lose my 20 XRP, because I'm about to do a clean install on my malfunctioning laptop and if that doesn't solve anything then I will throw this laptop away...
