    I had some questions regarding the recent allegations from the SEC

    1) a lot of people keep saying Ripple could have settled but they CHOSE not to so it shows strength on the side of ripple. However is this really true or could it have been because the settlement fee was too large for them to choose to do that?

    2) if the allegations made about the executives at ripple are true then billions of xrp has been being injected into the market by these executives selling on the market over the last couple years. Is this even possible from a technical perspective? Like surely the xrp chart wouldn't have followed the Bitcoin chart so accurately if it was that case?

    Transferring XRP from paper wallet with private key only (no secret key)

    I've spent half the day Googling this and reading posts, so I've tried my best to get to the answer, but none seem to hit my situation directly.

    I have some old XRP that I transferred to a paper wallet, my records show that I used Minimalist Ripple Client to do so. I have an address, a private key and a passphrase, the latter it seems that I generated myself, but no secret key.

    Every service I've come across to import this wallet seems to need a secret key. Given all I have is my private key, I've tried that but it is the wrong format and is rejected. The conversion to paper was so long ago I don't remember anything about the secret key, especially as to whether I had one and lost it.

    Can I please get some guidance as to my options to access these XRP?

    Timescale for the SEC lawsuit?

    Hello does anybody have idea about how long the lawsuits can last, till final conclusion is made?

    There were many lawsuits done by SEC, and few with "crypto" companies, so we can draw at least some conclusion how long it will last. Any information?

    I bought some XRP today for fun. I installed the XRP app on my Ledger Nano S. I am attempting to send the XRP I purchased to my Ledger Nano S. When I copy and paste the XRP address from the Ledger Live app into Coinbase, I receive a message "Please enter a valid email or Ripple address". I have verified the address several times. I read here that you do not need a tag to send to the Ledger app. Coinbase's support request doesn't go through. I read that I need to activate the wallet first by sending 20 XPR, but how can I do that? What should I do?
