PSA : Unbricking a gigabyte 5700xt oc Posted: 27 Dec 2020 07:28 AM PST I followed this guide of option b ,( option a bricked it further) , the bootable dos usb , and it worked. One thing it didn't mention was to rename the .bin file to .rom . https://www.igorslab.de/community/threads/gigabyte-5700-xt-bios-mod-fails.3304/ [link] [comments] |
How do you deal with the limitations of residential electrical wiring? Posted: 26 Dec 2020 05:55 PM PST I built my rigs with power consumption in mind so I don't exceed 80% load on any individual circuit. I currently have them spread throughout the house but am looking to expand. In my garage I have a 50 amp breaker which is not being used. Is it worth the cost to have an electrician convert it from 110 to 220? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 26 Dec 2020 11:09 AM PST I currently mine on NiceHash, only been mining a couple week, built up £35 and just withdrew to my Coinbase account a bit I'm fairly bullish on ethereum so I wanna hold that, would it make more sense to mine straight ethereum via Phoenix miner or keep doing what I'm doing with it as that's what I'm used to?
