How long would it take for a LTC transaction to showup at the LTC blockchain? Posted: 19 Nov 2020 06:41 PM PST I was thinking, LTC is one of the big players. But if i wanted to buy a coffee with it, how long would it take for the transaction to showup at the blockchain? i know it takes 12 confirmations but just wondering. [link] [comments] |
How much LTC does it take to be in the top 1% ? Posted: 19 Nov 2020 07:57 PM PST So I've heard from others and read this article from last February (link: https://news.bitcoin.com/this-is-how-much-btc-you-need/) that in order to be in the top 1% of BTC wealth addresses one would need to own approximately .28 BTC. And it made me wonder what the exact of number of LTC one would need to be in the top 1% of LTC addresses. I tried looking around the internet and I haven't found any answers so I'm now asking here. Thanks in advance. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 19 Nov 2020 08:33 PM PST Update! Thank you to everyone who commented previously, it is greatly appreciated. I have opened a new electrum wallet and imported the coins from the transaction ID. I can now see the exact amount of coins 'in' my wallet although it is Watching Only. [Imported, Watching Only] In Electrum, I was prompted and I understand that I need to enter the seed passphrase somewhere in order to gain full ability to transfer/ own the coin. I was never prompted to create/ confirm any seed (or even shown any seed or passphrase) when creating the wallet on Litecoin Core. I only have the passphrase for the encryption of my previous Litecoin Core wallet. What do I do to make these officially mine and transferrable? What CAN I do in this situation? How do I physically do this? I can't seem to find anything in the Electrum application itself. [link] [comments] |
This is being posted because I understand!!! Posted: 19 Nov 2020 07:17 PM PST Since being on Reddit, a very short time I must admit, I have noticed that the same posters continually make comments, a dozen or so on any subreddit. That got me thinking as to why that was so, especially since on many of these forums there are a hundred thousand members or more. My conclusion after pondering that question for quite some time is that individuals are afraid of being put down if their comments differ from others. No one should feel intimated to join a discussion. I joined Egodopinions not because I wasn't able to handle criticism, I am more than capable of defending myself, but welcomed a subreddit that understood that this problem existed, was created because of it.
