Spontaneous temp increase since latest NíceHash update Posted: 30 Nov 2020 04:00 AM PST I just cleaned the dust off of my case filters a few days before and now both my cpu and gpu are running at higher temp and power draw and i cant explain it. Is there something wrong with my pc, NiceHash or have the demands of mining changed with the latest update? Im about to repaste my gpu but i would like to know what the issue is before i start altering my setup. Im mining on a 1080 ti in my desktop. EDIT: SOLVED The problem was my power level had ended up back at 100% somehow. [link] [comments]

[Help] Rig boots to low resolution with GPU Posted: 29 Nov 2020 01:59 PM PST Tb250 btc pro motherboard with g900 cpu and Radeon vii gpu OS is fresh windows 10 It's a new system I set up and whenever I try to use hdmi out of the gpu the system resorts to using 600x600 display. I got a dvi cable to help troubleshoot and when that is plugged in it works fine. Initially the dvi also booted in a low resolution but after downloading the Radeon drivers and rebooting it now loads a normal resolution. Not sure what the issue is or what configurations need changed but I'd prefer to use the hdmi from the gpu for normal operation. Any and all help would be appreciated! Edit: I'm able to plug in a 1660 super (no drivers) and use that as a basic display adapter with hdmi but not an ideal solution either [link] [comments]

Beginner help with T-rex & Ravencoin. Posted: 29 Nov 2020 11:59 AM PST Just downloaded the latest t-rex miner and running 2 gtx 1070 ti on it. I'm kinda confused because I'm seeing two different hash rates. 31.86 MH/s and a 15.92 MH/s per card. Link to image below.
