- Some help with picking the right gpus to start?
- I built gpupricechecker.com
- Is this a good hashrate? MSI 5600 XT Gaming MX undervolted to 800mV, core clock lowered from 1780mhz to 1300mhz, memory clock overclocked from 1750mhz to 1820mhz. 86 Watts average. Pulling around 39.3MH/s
- Need help on increasing hashrates on rx480/470 4/8gb
- Hello, I have an RX 5700xt using claymore dual miner and am experiencing big dips in hashrates, and I am not sure why. Any help? This wasn't happening for the first few days.

Some help with picking the right gpus to start? Posted: 07 Sep 2020 04:02 AM PDT Hi everyone, my budget is around 660€. I'm gonna use my main PC for mining, as im not really using it anyways. It has an Asus Turbo 1060 6GB in it already, i plan on combining with the gpus im gonna buy. I have already decided to get a Gamemax 1650W (GM-1650) PSU, so i can keep on using it in the future, after i expand my "rig" over time, which brings my budget down to 550€-600€. Im thinking which gpus should i get... 1660, rx 570 or rx 580... or maybe just a single RX 5700 XT? MSI Radeon RX 570 8GB OC Armor is the one im thinking about a lot... I can get it for 170€ each.. or... Asus/Asrock/Powercolor/MSI/XFX 580 8GB in the price range of 190€-215€. or... Sapphire Radeon RX 580 Pulse OC 8GB (11265-67-20G) for 220€ each? I've heard that sapphires are good. 1660s are around 200-250€ each, mostly asus. Or final option would be just 1x RX 5700XT. 485€. I know that i shouldn't spend more than i can afford, and i wont... It's more about which brand would be the most reliable one. Im gonna keep it as a side hobby, plus its a great way to heat my room in the upcomming cold days. The MSI 570 seems the most appealing to me, because the site offers 3 years warranty and they have 14 gpus in stock, which is nice. [link] [comments]
Posted: 06 Sep 2020 12:33 PM PDT Hi guys, Started a small weekend project to keep track of graphics card prices. Thought I might share it here: https://www.gpupricechecker.com/ The site is pretty much a table with essential gpu specs. The prices get refreshed on a daily basis as well. (I am aware there are other sites like pcpartspicker...but I wanted something more minimalistic) Let me know what you think! Is it useful? Are there things you would like to see? Need help on increasing hashrates on rx480/470 4/8gb Posted: 06 Sep 2020 12:56 PM PDT My mining rig has one RX470 4gb (Hiynx) and one RX480 8gb (Samsung). Started off using Linux and been stable with stock settings to get 20MH/s and 25 MH/s respectively. I have seen people where able to get both cards to around 30 MH/s and I wanted to try to get to that. I switch os to windows 10 and installed latest amd driver and claymore miner v15. Even if I set my clocks to 1200 core, 2100 vram with -strap 1 and -rxboost 30 I am still getting the same hashrates as linux on stock settings. Can someone please help? Is the BIOS mod still required with the new claymore miner? [link] [comments]
