A Few GPU Mining Questions

Hello,

My friend is looking to get into GPU mining but knows nothing about computers, so he turned to me.

He will be mining at his office space where he pays a set rate for electricity. We are restricted to 15 amp outlets so the rigs will be throttled during the day to allow for normal work to continue. Since we only have 15 amp max per rig I am assuming we should stick to 6 GPU systems. We would probably wait for Big Navi release and jump on those or at least wait for the price drop of the current generation.

Looking through countless guides most of the recommended parts are no longer available. This is what I have come up with so far. Please rip this apart and let me know how I can do it better.

Motherboard : PRIME G470-PLUS/CSM (cheapest, re-sell able motherboard with 6 PCI-E slots)

Processor : Celeron G5900

Memory: 8G - F4-3200C16S-8GIS

Risers: Mintcell VER 008S

For case and power supply I am still on the hunter. Since this is an office environment and the systems will be under a desk open frames wont work. I found closed cases such as the Rosewill RSV-L4000C but haven't heard great things about heat management. For power supply it really depends on the case. If anyone has any recommendations it would be a huge help.

I know you are paying a premium getting a premade but its a clean case that wont draw too much attention with power and risers already managed.
