    How to make a GPU hashrate and wattage report using GPU-Z and Xmr-stak

    Use xmr-stak config from forum (if available), own custom config or autogenerated one. Be sure to report what config you were using. (you can set static difficulty in miner config, Dont be afraid to use high values)

    Set your wallet: Open pools.txt, in 4th line you need set your wallet address and mining difficulty, you can try with different ones until you get one that fits you (recommended for mining is hashrate*20, but you can run the test with *40 or *50)

    After that open "config.txt", in 46th line set the hr mining frequence to 300 (5 minutes(you should run the test for more than 15 mins))

    Config GPU: Open the gpu config from forum (if available), set "sensor display mode" to average and "sensor refresh rate" to 2.5 seconds (get it here)

    Before start mining, you need to click reset (only if you have "sensor display mode" to average

    How do you make a report? show a screenshot with GPUz, xmr-stak showing 15 minute results, any changes to nvidia.txt and any OC settings with AMD Afterburner (preferred) here is a example

    RX 5700 vs RX 5700 XT mining comparison?

    So I'm thinking of buying 3 of these but I'm not sure for which model to go

    Now I need review from someone who is mining with these. What's the max hashrate you can get with each as im planning to oc them

    On whattomine it says both are mining at 51mh/s but I heard from some of my friends that they can get up to 55-60 mhs especially the XT version

    I also got few models at my hand to choose from : Gigabyte, Sapphire Nitro & MSI

    The sapphire is the most expensive so I'm not sure if it's worth throwing more money at those.

    i have 1 x rx 580 4gb and 1 x 1070 i want to know after dag size reaching 4gb will my rx 580 continue to mine with using 1070 vram?

    [weird question] How can I convince parents to let me buy my first rig?

    Found a very cheap 6 and 12 gpu rigs selling for cheap locally. Parents don't want me "eating my money on it". Any advice? Or should I start out differently?
