Is it best to jump into mining when new cards release? Posted: 25 Jul 2020 05:24 PM PDT My current plan is to try to get the newest nvidia cards on release as I don't see the point in building a rig right now because if I built a 2000 series set up then it could possibly depreciate by half on their release. I'm looking at overall possible resell values when looking at ROI. I'm not sure how much the 3080 and 3080ti will be on release but hopefully the same price as the 2080/2080ti? Is my logic sensible? I haven't built a rig before but use BetterHash with my current gaming pc that holds a gtx 1080. [link] [comments] |
