It's in the best interest of centralized exchanges to keep Bitcoin a poorly developed protocol with expensive fees. So it would be practically impossible to trade it with decentralized exchanges or atomic swaps.

What if there was a version of DAI on BCH?

    Posted: 20 Jul 2020 10:26 AM PDT

    What is DAI?

Dai is a decentralized cryptocurrency stabilized against the value of the US dollar. Created via the Makers (MKR) Dai Stablecoin System, it uses margin trading to respond to changing market conditions and preserve its value against the major world currencies.

    How it works : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J9q8hkyy8oM&

What would a DAI on BCH be?

I am gonna refer DAI on BCH as "DeCash" because first I like the name and also it's decentralized cash.

DAI is backed by ETH, BAT, USDC, WBTC, KNC and ZRX. For DeCash I'm presuming it would be backed by BCH\1]), SPICE\2]), HONK\3]), USDH\4]), DROP\5]) and SAI\6]) (These are all the major SLP's I know) Though I have doubts on HONK. It would also function like the DAI on Ethereum [ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J9q8hkyy8oM&]

What's stopping the creation of DeCash?

I guess there aren't really any developers willing to do it.

    This Week in Bitcoin Cash

    Posted: 20 Jul 2020 08:18 AM PDT

    bicoinbase.com - A Scam website. Don't deal with them.

    Posted: 20 Jul 2020 12:03 PM PDT

One of the scam websites, that ask you to make deposits but never give you access to the BTC that you receive. Don't work with them.

They never intend to release your BTC, coming up with more excuses to make deposits. They say the deposits will be available to withdraw as soon as you make them, but they never allow you to withdraw it, no matter what, so it's 100% scam.

    Wish to inform everyone.

    Best Regards

    New Listing On CoinEx: $RSR

CoinEx is planning to support RSR and deposit on July 22, 2020. Also, its trading pairs RSR/BTC, RSR/USDT and RSR/ETH will be available on the same day.

The Reserve protocol comprises two tokens: the Reserve token (RSV - a decentralized stablecoin) and the Reserve Rights token (RSR - a cryptocurrency used to facilitate the stability of the Reserve token and confers the cryptographic right to purchase excess Reserve tokens as the network grows). The Reserve movement describes itself as a collection of people who believe that cryptocurrencies can do better than fiat money, and that none of the existing options will be able to scale to global use, maintain stable purchasing power, and not be shut down. The team's goal is to make the most accessible, economically strongest and most robust-to-attack currency over time, and convince a large portion of the world to replace other currencies with it.
