Sold after two years

After two years of the holdig, while the price is doing nothing but go down or stand still, I took a loss and im out of ripple/crypto, so I guess the price will skyrocket now!

With a highly volitale stock market, I had to make the remaining money work for me somehow, and not just wither away. This is a once-in-a-decade opportunity on the stock market, and had to be taken. I might return to crypto one day, but not while the market is in hibernation.

Loss in crypto was about was about $5k. Ive had the same amount in profit on the stock market in the last few weeks.

What is Interest paying Synthetic XRP (sXRP)?

sXRP is a representation of XRP (pegged to XRP) backed by cDai that pays out DAI over a certain term. When you swap for sXRP you still own your XRP. I figure sXRP could be great for yield enchancement strategies and for hedging against XRP downside. This has to be an easy, non-custodial and trustless solution.

So how would it work?

XRP is locked in a contract and exchanged for interest paying synthetic XRP (sXRP) (need a swap facility).
sXRP built using TokenDerivative.sol here: https://github.com/UMAprotocol/protocol/blob/master/core/contracts/tokenized-derivative/TokenizedDerivative.sol (link is wrong, their documentation needs to be updated, I notified them).
Collateralized by cDAI and pays out DAI when term ends.
When the term ends, the following things happen: A. Dai is paid to the token holders, B. sXRP sent back to the token facility creator and C. the original XRP is released.
XRP is frozen meaning it can't be moved, bought, sold but it absolutely remains the property of the owner until end of the term.

I asked the UMA team to add the XRP price feed so I can get to work on a prototype.

I was able to create test sXRP without the XRP price feed, but pegged to DAI so not very useful right now :) Waiting on the UMA team.
