Hey guys so I ccant remember if this has been happening since i started or if it just recently started happening but every couple minutes or so it seems like i get a dip in power and im not sure if this is normal? this is the graph on afterburner. i can physically hear the gpu fans dip quieter for a second when it happens and im pretty sure these dips on the graph is what im hearing. Should it be a straighter line? my psu is a corsair rmx1000w gold and for the 5th gpu it is hooked up to a 500w bronze via add2psu. My watt meter for the whole setup plus two monitors reads 871w.
Also another question: on the graph you can see gpu3 reads 89% power, but on afterburner i limited it to 75%. The rest are just off 1-2% in comparison. Is this normal?

gpu1 = 2080@85%
gpu2+4= 1070ti@75%
gpu3= 1070@75%
gpu5= 1060@70%
