| Changing Wallet Address Mid-Mining? Posted: 24 May 2020 04:05 AM PDT I'd like to change my current miner to a new address but Im about 30% to payout and don't want to lose my progress. Is it ok to quit the miner. Edit the bat file, change the wallet address to the desired address and resume mining? Will I get the full payout when I hit 100% to the new address? So re-posted, hopefully it wont get removed again. 📷Sorry, this post has been removed by the moderators of r/gpumining.Moderators remove posts from feeds for a variety of reasons, including keeping communities safe, civil, and true to their purpose. This just started happening the last 3-4 days. It runs fine for hours then I walk by it and notice that its blowing cold air. I open it up and it says "paused press any key." I press any key and the miner shuts down. It can happen at any point, as fast as an hour and has run for over 24 then stops. Id rather not have to constantly check it. Any ideas why? The rig - 2x VII - has been running smoothly for about a year without issue. Any help/advice is appreciated. [link] [comments]  |
