    I remember reading about this in Week in Ethereum news, but I forget its name and google isnt helping.

    So you have a dapp but want users to be limited to one account each, there was some platform where you can supply ID (or whatever, I forget the details) to get your address 'approved' as being a real person.

    I think it involved staking such that if you tried to create multiple accounts you were penalised.

    Question about Raising fund for indie filmmaker

    Hi, i have a question on using ethereum chain to raise fund for indie filmmaker. Is it possible for investor/fans to fund the indie filmmaker's project using ethereum chain?

    What on my mind is, An indie filmmaker can raise fund to make their film, then those who interest in the film or willing to invest in the film project can fund the filmmaker with their own stablecoin, then recieve a token as a proof of investment(erc20?).

    After the film was made and distributed, then profit get audited? Then shared among all the token holder(those who help funding the indie filmmaker).

    Is that possible to do on ethereum chain? Sorry for stupid question, I'm not a developer, just thought the smart contract on ethereum is quite cool.
