Posted: 13 Apr 2020 06:33 PM PDT First of all, I am seeing the amounts and reasons why complete strangers are sending each other money. I can also infer (quite innocently) who my ex-wife is dating now. Are you fucking kidding me Venmo!?? Who thinks this is ok!?? I used it because it was either that or drive 60 minutes to pay a contractor. It took half a day to get set up and the results are horrifying. My god, if we can't compete with garbage platforms like Venmo , something is truly wrong with us. [link] [comments]

Posted: 13 Apr 2020 07:13 AM PDT Was attempting to help someone recover LTC sent to a BTC address. Turns out blockstream always has a 2of2 multisig in place even if you aren't using their 2FA feature. Doesn't do a good job of letting you know what's going on, and makes it impossible to recover any non-BTC coins you accidentally send to it without their help (which they won't do). There's also the potential to censor transactions if they refuse to sign forcing you to go through the timelock process to get your coins out (if you happened to have email 2fa enabled, otherwise good luck). https://np.reddit.com/r/litecoin/comments/fwmtdd/i_think_i_f_up_really_need_some_advice/fn9tit2 [link] [comments]
