Is the litecoin mixer www.litecoin-tumbler.com a scam?

I just tried to use this mixer (www.litecoin-tumbler.com)... Are my LTC gone? No matter what destination adress I'm entering I always get the same Mixer ID, Mixer Adress and Payment Address- even If I use a VPN and change the device/browser.
