Guide on how to transfer LTC from wallet.dat to Electrum (without downloading the blockchain)?

Hi! I need to sell of my LTC preferably yesterday but I store them in a wallet.dat and don't have time to download the blockchain. I've been looking into how I could dump all my private keys for unspent transactions and then sweep them in Electrum, but frankly, I have seen no good step-by-step guide on how to do this. Could someone point me to a resource (or describe) how I can export a list of private keys for this purpose? (I'm on MacOS by the way.)
