Posted: 22 Aug 2019 11:25 PM PDT So, in my sincere opinion, Sponsoring the Miami Dolphins is not a god-awful idea. This makes for a lot of mainstream exposure. This gets the guys at the bar talking about it, this gets a lot of eyes looking at it, and this shows that the Litecoin Foundation means business, and they are serious. However, here are the problems: Likelihood of transactions, audience incompetence, and mainstream skepticism. Grandpa's been watching NFL all his life, but the doesn't know how to use a smart phone. This is even a problem with andreas antonpolous's father, in his own words his father owns a flip phone and you have to call him with his phone number. Not Facebook or WhatsApp or whatever app people use these days. If we were to consider an audience of nerds that are always in front of a computer, building their own machines in some cases, screwing around with HTML and such, and in their spare time watching esports tournaments, this could gradually build an audience that becomes curious about what Litecoin actually is. Just my two cents. Let me know what you guys think. [link] [comments] |
