Posted: 05 Aug 2019 04:25 AM PDT This last trip was my last retirementtrip, it was fun. You'll see me again, but for me seeing you again in the future is all but a memory from my younger days. Time travel is funny that way [link] [comments]

Posted: 05 Aug 2019 03:44 AM PDT Has anyone else noticed how few people there are on all the crypto communities? Didn't litecoin just halve? Why are there only a handful of posts everyday?? [link] [comments]
Recovering wallet from 12 word seed Posted: 05 Aug 2019 05:56 AM PDT I made a Litecoin paper wallet, and I'm having trouble recovering it now. I was stupid and didn't write down which software I used, because I didn't realize they used different address generation algorithms. Does anyone have an suggestions on how to recover my private key? I know that the wallet was made in January 2018. I think it could have been Electrum, but not positive. I also made an encrypted wallet file, but lost the file. And the key contains "cheif" and "rythm" which are not in the typical word lists, which is really throwing me off. The word list is 12 words, and I wrote it down in 2 separate places the same way so I don't think I made a mistake transcribing it. Thank you so much for any help, and please let me know if this should be posted somewhere else. Edit: solved [link] [comments]

What Does Litecoin Has Going For It? Posted: 05 Aug 2019 06:35 AM PDT Hi, all! I went over the community, and didn't find the constructive answer I was looking for: Litecoin's repository seems to be completely stagnant for a year now, except for minor non-tech metadata changes. The recent price hike seemed to be in anticipation for the halving. However, what exactly prevents the price from bleeding back to 30$? What is the incentive for miners to keep mining this coin, now that rewards are halved? From what I understand, the coin was abandoned by its creator, the repo is stagnant for a year, and no news are in the horizon. What are the reasons to still invest / hold Litecoin? Thanks!
