    Nuo Network...WTF!!!

    Posted: 08 Aug 2019 12:12 PM PDT

I'm extremely pissed off and feel I have been completely misled. I might be wrong but this is my issue:

I just logged into my Nuo Network account to check on some loans I had that I knew were coming due soon, so I wanted to see when I had to pay them back. I go into the account and find that 3 of my loans had been liquidated. I couldn't believe it. I had taken fixed term loans out, no where when I signed up did I see there was any risk of liquidation. Now when I check the loans it displays prominently what ratio you get liquidated at, I never saw that when I signed up for the loan.

I was under the impression that since you could only max leverage at 0.7x, and the terms were maxed at 60 days, that was sufficiently confined risk that they could offer this loan with no liquidation, combining all loans into groups, charging fees accounting for this risk etc. I thought that's what these loans were!! I never would have taken them out, let alone left them unattended if I thought I was at risk for liquidation. I don't think it was ever displayed at any point! Now they have prominent writing referencing liquidation points I am 99% sure I would have noticed at the time. I would never have done this had I known that. That's what pisses me off so much.

I FEEL I HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY MISLED.

Of course I care about the money I've lost, but that pales in comparison to the fact that I am seething about being completely screwed by NO DISCLOSURE of this risk I was facing.

I would love to see proof of your fixed loan page that disclosed this fact, dated around early July. If I'm wrong I will apologize and retract this post, but I don't think I am.

I'm so pissed, shame on you Nuo Network. You should make this right.
