FCA - UK - Guidance of Crypto Assets

UK Financial Conduct Authority finall comes out with the final guidance on cryptoassets.

There are two interesting case studies. I'd recommend to go through the whole document, but if not some quick paras to look for:

Page 39, Sandbox Case Study 1: This looks very much like what we were hoping for, and i'm only speculating this puts XRP under 'Utility Token'. Looks very positive. The amount that was a limit for transaction also looks like one UK firm working with Ripple on XRapid product - just my speculation.
Page 42, Case Study 10, This looks pretty similar to what Libra would be, if it comes to see the light, and the authority has put that under 'Security Token'.

Interested to know your valuable thoughts.
