    When using Coinbase, do this to buy coin

    Guys -

    When buying coin on Coinbase do this: 1) transfer money into USD WALLET via Coinbase from bank

    2) transfer usd to Coinbase pro

    3) buy bitcoin on Coinbase pro.

    While both allow you to buy coin, Do not buy BTC from Coinbase regular since it has higher fees and longer holdings.

    I frequently see people posting about celebrating owning 1 BTC, 2 BTC, 5 BTC.
    This is DANGEROUS. Please refrain from posting about your cryptocurrency holdings online, it can make you a target of phishing attacks, social engineering, sim swapping, or even a wrench attack.

    Do not assume that just because you use an alias on Reddit that people can't identify you.

    Today was a good day. I hit my goal of owning 5 BTC. I have been dollar cost averaging a while now.

    It's time to take it all fully off exchanges and secure it. I have no intention of selling till 2030 at the earliest.

    Im hoping it pays for daughters college in 16 years and maybe enough left over for a cool car.

    Now time to start hitting my ROTH IRA harder and stock market, I neglected that for a few years. I feel like I have enough skin in the game in crypto. My buying has commenced for the time being.

    I hope all you bitcoin bros are having a good 4th and enjoy it with your family. Drink some brew with the buds and bros.
