Why you should not expect Ripple and related entities to share any crucial XRP news

Just throwing some food for thought out here.

I do believe that we won't hear any groundbreaking news related to the utilization of XRP from Ripple or any related entity, until the regulations are in place - and it is not so difficult to understand why.

When the day comes for the responsible institutions to decide whether or not XRP is a security, absolutely every tiny bit of information will be used for that decision. Ripple and any related entities would risk a lot if they decided to share any information that could be seen as showing XRP off as a great investment asset for private investors.

If Ripple shared any news about a customer that will use XRP in the near future, that would drive up speculative investment, because people like you and me have bought and still buy XRP for the sole purpose of expecting to see an ROI in the future.

Think about it.

We all wait for the day that XRP is labeled as not being a security, yet if the decision would be made based on what we expect from Ripple and XRP it would be deemed a security right away.

Ripple needs to distance themselves from exactly that, in order to not have a massive throwback by that happening.

They need to solely focus on use cases and building the groundwork to have the arguments that XRP is not an investment vehicle, but has enormous utility potential for the financial industry and others.

Until then, you will hear absolutely nothing from Ripple that could trigger any retail investors to invest more money. Nothing.
