Could xRapid Make Bitcoin Transactions Cheaper?

I had an idea to use xrapid to batch Bitcoin transactions. Not everyone is aware that transactions on the blockchain can contain multiple outputs. Users that send out many payments take advantage of the ability to send many different outputs in one transaction in order to lower their transaction costs. My idea is to use Xrapid as a bridge so that anyone can send a batched transaction using xrp.

The way to use xrp and xrapid to batch most Bitcoin transactions would be the following:

I want to send .01 bitcoin to a Bitcoin address
Using my xrp wallet I would send 170 xrp to an xrapid batching address along with the bitcoin address I want to send to. In addition I could choose the maximum amount of xrp I am willing to spend to complete the transaction.
The batching wallet would create a queue of all incoming transactions and once it reached its predetermined amount it would start the process of completing the transaction.
The xrapid batching address would send the lump sum of xrp to the exchange with the best available price conversion of xrp into Bitcoin along with the destination Bitcoin addresses of all the transactions.
The Xrapid wallet on the exchange would then sell xrp for Bitcoin.
Then using the Xrapid Bitcoin wallet it would break up all of the Bitcoin into its destination addresses.
Then finally it would send out all of the bitcoin to multiple addresses as one transaction.
