Posted: 03 Mar 2019 01:42 PM PST Tomorrow I'll travel to the biggest ETH conference in the EU and it'll be my first conference ever. I've been looking forward to it for a while now and the (amount of) speakers is simply overwhelming. Over 250 knowledgeable speakers will talk about their work/passion on the Ethereum network. I've made my personal list of the people I really want to see already, but I'm sure I've overlooked an interesting speaker or workshop. My question to you guys is, which speaker would you recommend this EthCC and why? Also, if you attended the last editions of EthCC or some other conference like EthDenver; what was your experience and why would you recommend anyone going to these? And what about blockchain hackathons? In april I'll compete in the Odyssey Hackathon, the biggest hackathon in the world. That'll also be a first for me. Anyone has experiences with those they'd like to share? Thanks! Link to site and agenda EthCC Paris 2019 [link] [comments] | ||

Posted: 03 Mar 2019 06:19 PM PST Context : Neutrino acquisition by Coinbase, and the balance between data privacy vs. legitimate community information sharing Has there been any thought towards building a decentralized blacklist or reporting function? Currently, fiat bank accounts which engage in malicious / scam behaviour are tracked in centralized databases at government / financial institution association levels. I wouldn't be surprised if Interpol has a database like that but highly doubt it is used extensively. Is there a decentralized blacklist that has been built? If not, what would something like this look like?
I see a bit of this functionality already existing in the comments section of different block explorers. Caveat: I do see that most scammers will just generate a new address for each target, but this would still be useful for local fiat exchange KYC or community investigation & research efforts. How do you list ENS domain that you own for Sale using MEW? Posted: 02 Mar 2019 07:18 PM PST If i have to Sell the ENS name that i own, how do i do that using MEW? IS it necessary to set a resolver- and register before sell can be done? (i only finalized it to own). Is there a good step by step guide for this? Any good you tube video explaining the same?
