Does this mean that we haven't begun to see the effects of xRapid yet, and regulatory clarity is holding it back? Thoughts? [link] [comments]  | ||

It's another reminder to keep buying and hold. -Cash usage is shrinking in Britain faster than in most places, and the debate about what to do about it is getting louder.
